We need to make space on our rails ahead of the 2024 dress arrivals, and so we are sadly saying goodbye to some of our favourite dresses from Designers such as Martin Thornburg, Maggie Sottero, St Patrick and more. With over 140 dresses available in sizes UK6 through to UK28 we will have a dress you will love, and all for less than £500 (that is less than a dress in the chain bridal stores!)

Rules of the sale:

♡ Dresses are only this price on the day of the sale!

♡ Appointments will be 1 hour long and are charged at £10, and we ask you to arrive in good time to ensure you get the most from your appointment.

♡ Create a wish-list and know what you want in your dress – this will help your stylist find your dream dress amongst the 140 dresses available on the day.

♡ Maximum of two guests + bride, unfortunately we are unable to welcome guests under the age of 14 during the sale.

♡ We are unable to hold or reserve dresses so do be prepared to say yes if you find the one!

♡ Payment for a dress purchased must be made in full on the day.

♡ Dresses are available in sizes UK6 – UK28, alterations can be made to adjust a fit for an additional cost – you can ask your stylist about these on the day.

♡ No returns or refunds.

What are sample dresses?

Twice a year we visit our incredible designers to select new dresses for the upcoming year, purchasing one of each dress we select to bring to our boutique. These dresses are samples, treated with love and care and they are gently tried on by a handful of our beautiful brides. Every year to make way for the new arrivals, we must say goodbye to some of our sample gowns. These are the dresses you will find in the sample sale.

How many dresses can I try on?

During an hour’s appointment we would expect you to be able to try between 5-6 dresses. There will be over 140 dresses in the sale, but don’t be overwhelmed sizing and your wish list will help us narrow that down!

What Designers will you have?

Will we have dresses available from Martin Thornburg, Maggie Sottero, Sottero & Midgley, Rebecca Ingram, Ellis Bridals, Gaia Bridals, St Patrick, White One, Alan Hannah, Mori Lee, Paul Zeni, Ladybird Bridal, Diane Le Grand and more.

What sizes will you have?

Our samples are available in sizes UK6 – UK28 – please note we normally carry dresses in only one or two sizes. If the dress you like is not available in your size our stylist can talk to you about whether alterations can be made to achieve the desired fit (for an additional cost), or suggest an alternative dress.

Can I take pictures?

We would not recommend taking pictures on the day for a few reasons. 1 – to preserve our brides privacy, and 2 – as we are unable to hold dresses we would advise if you love a dress you say yes. However we know that some people won’t be able to join you on the day so we happily encourage the use of facetime in the fitting rooms.

Can I put a hold on a dress?

Unfortunately we are unable to hold or reserve dresses, so do book your appointment asap to ensure the best selection and do be prepared to say yes if you find your dream dress. Sale dresses must be paid for in full on the day.

Will I have the showroom to myself?

During our busy sale we will have all 3 fitting rooms open, each bride will be seen in their own private fitting room but the showroom will be shared with others.

I haven’t tried any wedding dresses on before, should I still come to the sale?

With over 140 dresses available during the sale and appointments of an hour it is really important to have a good idea of the style of dress you are looking for. For this reason we would not recommend making our Sample Sale your first dress shopping experience. If you are yet to try on dresses but would like to visit our sale do get in touch and we can talk you through the next steps.

Who should I bring with me?

During a sample sale it is more important than ever to have your MICs – most important cheerleaders – with you. Be that Mum, Sister or Bridesmaid make sure to invite those you want by you side when you say yes to the dress. Make sure to brief them on what you are looking for too.

What should I wear?

We recommend nude underwear and a strapless bra. Make sure the clothes you wear are easy to take off too so you don’t lose time from your appointment!
