From my first, ever experiences walking through the door at SGB, choosing my dress, fittings & finally walking out the door with it almost 2 years later (due to covid) I couldn't have asked for better customer service & care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you every time somebody asks me where my dress is from. You were always so friendly, so helpful, so honest & I was always kept up to date with everything that was going on, even though the pandemic.I felt amazing in my wedding dress, it was stunning and it's no thanks to you lovely ladies!

I just want to thank you all for my absolutely beautiful dress! Everything was so welcoming and supportive from the very first appointment. Having lost my mum so recently I was worried about dress shopping and how emotional it would be without her, even without a pandemic adding to the issue! Everyone made me feel so at home and helped me find the most beautiful dress. Thank you also for all the alterations and changes to make it just perfect. I really can’t thank you all enough. The ladies got me in quickly after a bad experience in another shop, I couldn't believe how accomodating and kind they were. I had seen a dress out of my price range which I had fallen in love with that I didn't think could be topped. Luckily I was absolutely blown away at the beautiful dresses that had been picked out for me and I was able to say yes to the dress! I couldn't recommend this wonderful place more! My mum was unable to come to the appointment and I have been told to ring and arrange for her to see my dress over the next couple of weeks which is fantastic! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience today!

I was so worried as I'd been working hard on my fitness and had lost a considerable amount of weight I was worried there wouldn't be time to make changes. Mo kept me up to date with emails and phone calls rearranging dates and times I could go. When I finally saw Jacky she got to work straight away. After 2 postponements and further lockdowns in our way, I finally picked my dress up in July 2021. Jacky was incredible, she is so skilled and talented. She made sure my dress was perfect and not only did an amazing job on alterations but gave me advice on how to walk, sit and carry my flowers. She made me feel at ease and I felt amazing. From start to finish the whole Sophie Grace team were amazing. Thank you so much, Charlotte.

She brought out an Alan Hannah which was elegant, understated and timeless. We designed the neckpiece together to make the dress bespoke for me. We booked our wedding for June 2020, sadly that day couldn't go ahead. Mo and Jacky were brilliant with the entire bridal party. Every dress fit like a glove, my dress was perfection, and in a time where we really didn't have a lot of time to get ready. They went above and beyond to get the dresses ready. May 2021 was the month we said I do.

I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted when I went in but the staff there were amazing. They recommended different styles for my frame so that I could work out what I liked best. They asked all the right questions and helped me pick the most beautiful line up of dresses to try on. I found my dream dress on my first appointment there.
The place itself is lovely - it feels very comfortable and private. They had a huge choice of dresses. I’d gone to one other boutique before this one and the dresses and the expertise at Sophie Grace were in a league of their own in comparison. Don’t hesitate to go, you won’t regret. -
