Tucked away in our dressmaking department is The Closet, a veritable Narnia packed full of beautiful gowns at a fraction of the retail price. Our lovely Designers are constantly providing us with stunning new dresses, and we just don’t have space for them all! So we pick a selection of dresses that we will sell ‘Off The Peg’ - that is they are available to take away on the day so they are perfect if you are working to a tight timeframe! This does mean of course that we only have one dress in one size, so we recommend that you have tried gowns on before to have a good idea of your bridal size and the style of gown you are looking for. We aren’t able to reserve our Off The Peg gowns either so you must come to your appointment prepared to find your gown! 

 

All of our Off The Peg gowns are Sophie Grace samples, they have only been tried on in the showroom by our Brides or at the occasional fashion show - they have never been worn to a wedding or altered to fit. But before they move to The Closet they are given the once over by our in house seamstress - so you know they are in excellent condition. Because they are not brand new gowns however they are available to buy at less than retail price.
